25-26 Season starts 8/11/25!
The 25-26 season has begun!!

ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A NEW PHYSICAL AND A 25-26 ACTIVITY FORM INTO THE AKTIVATE.COM DISTRICT PORTAL IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE!

A calendar, welcome letter, and meet schedule will be located on the side of this page once tryouts are over.
NOTE: When the calendar says "practice at home" it means literally at your own house, not at Raa.
For practices:
Dress out in the locker rooms right after dismissal. Bring all of your belongings with you to the Shop room (Atkins' room.)
- What to bring:
- refillable water bottle
- proper athletic shoes (no crocs, slides, sandals, slip-ons, Hey Dudes etc. Preferably no heavy sneakers like Jordans, etc.)
- athletic shorts/bottoms
- hair management (for longer hair: sweatbands, hair ties, clips, braids, twists, etc.)
- inhaler (if prescribed by a doctor)
- OPTIONAL: watch with a stopwatch or distance tracker
